Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed and thorough assessments to accurately understand clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy sessions, applying therapeutic modalities that best meet each client’s specific needs and goals.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and emotional support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in accordance with established ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to facilitate holistic care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about relevant mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs as appropriate.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including training and workshops, to stay informed about the latest best practices and advancements in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will involve working with a diverse population, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. You will empower clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and stress. By fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship, you will help clients build resilience and develop skills to cope with life’s challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
