Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will predominantly involve diverse individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Our client population is varied, ranging from adolescents to adults, requiring a compassionate, individualized approach tailored to each person's unique circumstances and backgrounds. Through your empathetic guidance, you will help clients navigate their challenges, enhancing both their mental health and their overall life satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• Proven expertise in implementing solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address the specific needs of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
