MP Materials is seeking a Director, General Ledger Accounting in Las Vegas, NV to lead the company's GL close, reconciliations, and reporting. You will partner with cross-functional teams and drive SOX controls and process improvements in a fast-paced public company environment. The ideal candidate has a CPA, 10+ years of accounting experience with at least 5 in leadership, and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and BlackLine.
