This unique position offers complete work flexibility through a remote setting. Our therapists can manage their schedules and workload efficiently, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Therapists can choose to engage in 10-30 billable hours per week while benefiting from comprehensive administrative support that allows you to focus solely on client care. Meetings can be conducted virtually, with opportunities for in-person consultations when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and provide short-term psychotherapy for individuals, families, and groups.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including but not limited to crisis intervention, couples counseling, addictions counseling, and family therapy.
\n
• Collaborate closely with licensed psychologists, nurse practitioners, and physicians to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered.

• Develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, assessing and reassessing as required.
\n
• Utilize telehealth platforms for delivering services, ensuring documentation is maintained via electronic health records.
\n
• Participate in clinical consultations and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient treatment outcomes.

• Engage in clinical team meetings and quality assurance initiatives, maintaining organizational integrity in all practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a vital member of our team, you will work with a diverse patient population facing a variety of challenges, including mental health disorders, familial issues, and dual diagnosis conditions. Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license or Psy.D to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of psychotherapy experience, demonstrating clinical competencies.

• Familiarity and experience with telehealth practices and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While the indicated qualifications are essential, experience in specialized treatment modalities—such as trauma-informed care or working with adolescents in intensive outpatient settings—will enhance your candidacy and ability to make a significant impact on patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
