Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, including crisis intervention strategies, risk assessments, and medication management.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to identify client needs and track progress effectively.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and execute positive behavior support plans that align with best practices.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring the clinic adheres to the highest standards of care.

• Act as a liaison with state agencies and community partners, facilitating access to additional resources for clients.

• Establish effective communication channels to meet contract standards and further the mission of South Coast Medical Clinic.

• Develop and sustain professional relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to secure partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Engage in continuous personal and professional development through attending conferences, workshops, and participating in statewide initiatives.

• Advocate and promote the core values and mission of the agency through all facets of your work.

• Assume any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director, promptly and professionally.
