Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper Location: Parsippany, NJ (Fully On‑Site) We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join a growing organization in the Parsippany area. This role will support the accounting operations of both the parent company and several subsidiaries, offering the opportunity to make an immediate impact while helping improve and streamline financial processes. The ideal candidate is a QuickBooks expert who enjoys working in a hands‑on environment and finding ways to automate and improve accounting workflows. Key Responsibilities Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions Process invoices, payments, deposits, and account reconciliations Support bookkeeping activities for multiple entities and subsidiaries Generate and export invoices through QuickBooks Assist with month‑end accounting activities and reporting Identify opportunities to automate manual billing and accounting processes Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of transactions Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve efficiency and workflow Qualifications 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong experience with QuickBooks required Experience with both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online strongly preferred Solid understanding of AP, AR, reconciliations, and general bookkeeping principles Ability to manage multiple entities and priorities simultaneously Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Process improvement and automation mindset highly desired Schedule & Benefits Fully on‑site position Flexible schedule options:
