Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and document sessions in compliance with all policies regarding patient confidentiality and medical record management.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring immediate mental health support to clients in urgent situations.

• Engage actively in ongoing professional development through training workshops, in-service meetings, and clinician-led collaboration to enhance therapeutic techniques and methodologies.

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic services including but not limited to individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.

Qualifications\n
