Analyse and document initial scope of project via Statement of Work Assign owners and responsibilities across tasks Highlight risks & assumptions throughout the project Define clear project objectives with clients and colleagues Ensure key success criteria is detailed for each client rollout Compile project plan tasks and dates Communicate plans to all relevant parties Monitor and ensure efficient, timely project delivery to a high standard Project Quality All project deliverables must meet customer expectations Strong communication is key to this role Ensure all relevant risks and issues are communicated correctly against PMO process Project tracker owner to provide customer updates on progress Proactive, customer focused attitude Supporting colleagues and clients with ad hoc requests Work Organisation Effective prioritisation and meeting deadlines Excellent organisation and maintenance of project documentation Internal reporting and updates on customer progress Proactive, customer focused attitude Experience & Qualities Wants to develop their role and responsibilities as the business grows Our staff are office based and will have to plan and priorities their time to be efficient We have a premium product that requires us to constantly seek to understand our prospects' businesses and demonstrate how we can increase their profits Change and working at pace are things we pride ourselves on We're an ambitious business with bold plans and our people are at the centre of them.
