The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree (BA or BS), possess a strong understanding of early childhood development, and be committed to fostering a joyful, engaging, and faith-filled learning environment. This educator will work to inspire young learners through hands-on experiences, collaboration, developmentally appropriate instruction and bring positive energy to the classroom.
