Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique backgrounds and mental health needs.

• Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions that promote emotional healing, resilience, and personal growth.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices, ensuring culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment updates according to organizational protocols.

• Participate in regular supervision sessions, case consultations, and professional training to continuously enhance your clinical practice.

• Coordinate care with external providers as necessary, to ensure comprehensive treatment for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or counseling.

• Current registration in Nevada as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW), or Clinical Professional Counselor Intern (CPC-Intern).

• Strong organizational skills, motivation, and a collaborative spirit.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, providing you with practical skills and a solid foundation for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
