This position is primarily remote, allowing for a balance between professional responsibilities and personal flexibility. However, the role is anchored in an outpatient office setting that supports a cohesive team atmosphere. Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Strong foundation in solution-focused therapy practices and adeptness in using therapeutic tools and methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills, along with a sincere commitment to client-centered care and teamwork.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years clinical experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
