Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of new patients and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and goals.
• Administer a variety of physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols based on clinical findings and patient feedback.
• Document treatment sessions, maintain accurate patient records, and track clinical outcomes using our digital health records system.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare providers, such as occupational therapists and physicians, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, self-management techniques, and preventive care strategies to promote sustained health improvements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In our Boca Raton location, our diverse patient population includes individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, postoperative rehabilitation, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. Our clients vary in age, capabilities, and needs, ensuring that our therapists continually refine their skills and expand their knowledge base to meet the unique challenges presented by each patient.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or higher degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Florida Physical Therapy License or eligibility to obtain one by the time of employment.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to create effective treatment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist is required, we encourage applicants with specialized training or certifications in areas such as sports rehabilitation, pain management, or neuro rehabilitation to apply. Previous experience in an outpatient setting will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
