Work Environment\n

This role is designed for remote work, allowing flexibility in balancing personal and professional commitments. The Marriage and Family Wellness Hub adheres to a standard operating schedule of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday, offering options for 4x10 or 5x8 shifts. Engaging with clients in various formats, you'll be equipped and encouraged to utilize digital tools alongside traditional methods to conduct therapy, assessments, and follow-ups efficiently.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychotherapy or counseling sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting your approach to meet varied and specific needs.

• Perform detailed client assessments, gathering and interpreting social, personal, and health-related information to inform treatment plans.
\n
• Effectively evaluate and treat behavioral health concerns, including mood disorders, addiction issues, trauma, and relational challenges.
\n
• Design and coordinate wellness programs and activities tailored to address clients' social and emotional needs.
\n
• Implement strategies for cognitive and behavioral health interventions, including crisis interventions and referrals to community resources.
\n
• Establish and maintain a trustworthy and respectful therapeutic rapport with clients to foster overall engagement and progress.
\n
• Assess the effectiveness of individual treatment plans and document findings in compliance with established protocols.
\n
• Manage an evolving caseload while ensuring compliance with documentation standards and follow-up procedures.
\n
• Provide individual clinical counseling tailored to the needs of the population served.
\n
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall clinic objectives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid State Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
