Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for new and existing patients to evaluate their psychological and emotional well-being.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each patient’s unique goals and circumstances, collaborating with other healthcare providers and the treatment team.

• Provide direct therapeutic services through one-on-one and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the needs of the individual or group.

• Engage in ongoing patient evaluations, ensuring timely follow-up consultations to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Document clinical findings and treatment progress within our electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining accurate patient records.

• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and case reviews to discuss patient outcomes and strategies for coordinated care.

• Maintain professional development by attending workshops, training, and seminars pertinent to mental health practice and maintaining licensure.

You will primarily support adults and children who present with a wide range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
