Collections Specialist

To support key and global client accounts, the remote Collections Specialist will manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely payment of outstanding balances while resolving payment issues and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of client accounts, securing payment of outstanding balances in line with agreed credit terms Build effective relationships with client contacts and Accounts Payable teams to resolve payment issues and support timely collections Prepare collection forecasts, debtor analysis, and payment schedules, providing regular updates on performance and risks Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred At least three years of relevant collections or credit control experience, with a strong focus on customer service Experience in a law firm or professional services environment highly preferred Experience with Elite 3E or comparable billing software is highly preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word
