A little about us:

At Multi-Flow Industries we specialize in the manufacturing and distribution of a wide range of fountain beverages used in the Food Service Industry. The categories include juices, energy drinks, carbonated beverages, specialty waters, thickened waters, and liquid roast coffee. We also offer new draught beer system design and installation, old system rebuilds, service & repairs to line cleaning, and quality certification.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, and personable individual with excellent typing, computer, and customer service skills. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced office environment.

Requirements:

• Excellent typing and computer skills.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• QuickBooks (QBE) knowledge is helpful but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Personable and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Ability to work independently and stay on task.
• Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Prior office, restaurant, or beverage industry experience is a plus.

Education/Training:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Associate degree preferred but not required.
• Prior office or administrative experience preferred.
