Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations that lead to the development of individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, drawing from diverse modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate documentation of clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide holistic care.

• Stay current with the latest mental health research and advancements by participating in workshops and ongoing professional development, ensuring high-quality and up-to-date care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• We require a minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling services, ideally in a clinical or outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on your caseload and experience.
