Office Manager

Office Manager
We're looking for a sharp, self-directed Office Manager to be a key player in our business operations. This is a true jack-of-all-trades role. You'll touch shipping and receiving, vendor purchasing, basic HR and accounting, and front-office functions all in one day. If you thrive on variety, take pride in keeping things running without being asked twice, and want a visible impact in a small company, this role is for you.
Oversee day-to-day office operations, keeping administrative functions running smoothly across a fast-paced shop environment
Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory — coordinating with vendors and carriers to ensure materials and orders move without disruption
Handle purchasing needs, from sourcing and quotes to purchase orders and vendor relationships
Support HR functions including onboarding, employee recordkeeping, and benefits administration
Assist with basic accounting tasks such as accounts payable, invoicing support, and expense reconciliation
Serve as the first point of contact for calls, visitors, and general inquiries, representing the company professionally
Take on special projects and support leadership with a wide range of operational needs as the business grows
Required:
Comfortable wearing many hats and switching contexts throughout the day
Proficiency with Google Workspace
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a self-starter mindset
Preferred:
Prior experience in an office management role
Exposure to a manufacturing environment
Experience with shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, freight carriers) and basic logistics documentation
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
