Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mood disorder symptoms, including their intensity, frequency, and impact on daily functioning.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and refine personalized treatment plans that align with their recovery goals, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address and alleviate mood disorder symptoms.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and essential self-care techniques to promote mental wellness.

• Regularly monitor client progress against treatment goals, adapting strategies as needed to ensure optimal care and outcomes.

• Engage in integrated care efforts by collaborating with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide holistic support to clients.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorders to continually enhance therapeutic practices.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
