Salary: $110,000 to $120,000 + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

Are you a passionate culinary leader who thrives in a high-volume, scratch kitchen environment? We're seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of one of Charlotte's premier upscale casual restaurants.

What You'll Do

• Lead all back-of-house operations with a hands-on management style.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team.
• Ensure consistent execution, food quality, and presentation standards.
• Manage food cost, labor, inventory, purchasing, and kitchen profitability.
• Develop systems that drive efficiency while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain all health, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with restaurant leadership to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and overall performance.
• Foster a positive, team-first culture focused on accountability and growth.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Executive Chef experience in an upscale casual or polished casual restaurant.
• Experience leading high-volume, scratch kitchens.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Proven success managing food and labor costs while delivering exceptional quality.
• Experience with inventory management, scheduling, ordering, and P&L performance.
• Passion for hospitality, creativity, and operational excellence.
• Stable career progression with a track record of developing successful teams.
