Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for a HRG to join our Milpitas office. As a member of the Human Resources team, Reporting to HRVP, working with a few other HR team members, you will have the opportunity to involve or responsible for functions across HR from Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development and HR Shared Services etc. You will have opportunities to lead impactful project or improve routine HR support processes. Primary Responsibilities Responsible for full employee recruiting cycle for all level of positions and be the employer branding ambassador. Manage employee onboarding and off-boarding, status change and record keeping. Understand, interpret or may help creating or modifying HR related policies and procedures. Monitor and ensure the organizations compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices. Facilitate employee performance appraisals and annual salary planning. Be an employee advocate and handle employee relations issues. Be a role model and advocate for company branding and culture. Perform other related HR projects, duties and tasks when needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field A minimum of 1-3 year experiences in HR generalist or specialist role Excellent communication and inter-personal skills Teamwork-oriented and good problem-solver Detail oriented and prioritizing and organizing skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
