From our Louisville, KY shop to customer sites across the region, you’ll bring precision welding to projects that demand reliability and craftsmanship. When duty calls, you mobilize—roughly 30–35% of the year—arriving on-site ready to interpret prints, set up, weld, inspect, and communicate progress. Back at the shop, you’ll refine techniques, service equipment, and prepare for the next assignment.

• Transform drawings into deliverables by interpreting blueprints and executing accurate welds.
• Apply multiple welding processes safely to meet scope, code, and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct thorough inspections to verify compliance and performance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot tools to keep operations running smoothly.
• Collaborate with project managers and teammates to meet deadlines and delight clients.
• Travel on short notice when needed and represent our team with clear, professional communication.

• High school diploma or equivalent; welding trade school a plus.
• At least 2 years of professional welding experience across varied settings.
• Fluency in reading blueprints and technical drawings; adept with multiple welding techniques.
• Strong safety orientation, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Comfort traveling about one-third of the year and adapting to different environments.

Travel pay and per diem are available for qualifying assignments. Further details will be provided during the interview process.
