Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans for clients, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions using a compassionate and trauma-informed approach, ensuring a safe and supportive space for clients to discuss their challenges.

• Maintain flexible availability, allowing clients to schedule sessions based on their needs without a minimum hour requirement.

• Collaborate with our clinical operations team to ensure a seamless care experience and participate in optional activities such as leading support groups or contributing to “Expert Insights” with clients.

• Handle emergency crisis situations with appropriate intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress.
\n
• Engage in regular check-ins with the care coordination team to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated training or certifications in therapies such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed treatment methodologies.

• Strong clinical engagement skills with a demonstrated ability to foster rapport, empathy, and trust with clients.

• Knowledge of and sensitivity to the diverse needs of clients seeking community recovery support options.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, plus performance bonuses.
