Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in orchestrating meetings across various departments. We are looking for administrative professionals who excel in managing ambiguity. You'll work closely with department heads, their assistants, and external contacts, facilitating extensive communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for corporate teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with department heads, assistants, and candidates, navigating through frequent back-and-forth interactions.
  • Leverage MS Teams for seamless communication and coordination.
  • Draw upon experience in scheduling large meetings to ensure flexible and efficient scheduling.
  • Engage in extensive interaction, maintaining a professional demeanor throughout.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of scheduling or administrative experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Teams and scheduling tools
  • Experience in scheduling large meetings, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple schedules with ease.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders, including department heads and external partners
