Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to develop a deep understanding of clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's situation, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal requirements, ensuring compliance and effective communication among team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
