Accounts Receivable SpecialistA well-established law firm in Beverly Hills is hiring an accounts receivable specialist to own payment processing and cash application on a lean, high-volume billing desk. You'll join a small, collaborative four-person accounting team with real training built in, not a sink-or-swim seat. If you're a detail-driven AR professional with recent law firm billing experience looking for a stable, specialist-level seat, apply now!Compensation: Up to $85,000 base + full benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401k with profit sharing, paid parking)Must-haves:3-5 years of accounts receivable or related accounting experienceCurrent or recent law firm billing/collections experience (required — no substitutes)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Excel and Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesAble and willing to work fully onsite, full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pmComfortable owning a genuinely high volume of receivables/transactionsStrong pluses:Experience processing multiple payment types (ACH, wire, credit card, check)Direct client-facing communication experience around payment discrepancies or refundsUS citizens and permanent residents are welcome to apply.
