Work Environment

The position is based onsite at our outpatient office in Woodbridge, VA, a vibrant and accessible location that serves the local community. The typical working hours are from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm or 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, providing a structured yet flexible working schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with a wide range of conditions, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques including exercise, manual therapy, and specialized equipment to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate and train patients and their families on exercises, assistive devices, and self-management techniques to promote independence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, including communication with other healthcare professionals involved in patient treatment.
• Stay current with industry advancements by attending continuing education opportunities and engaging in professional development activities.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
