Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples as well as individual sessions that get to the heart of each family member’s concerns.

• Addressing a range of issues including, but not limited to, alcohol abuse, psychological distress, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication challenges.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to guide clients through various challenges, including adjustment to separation and divorce, blended family dynamics, and job-related stress.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and holistic treatment approaches.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will encompass a diverse population, ranging from adults to children and adolescents. You will address various personal and familial challenges, providing valuable support and guidance to help clients navigate difficult life transitions, manage psychological distress, and improve their overall mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
