Vice President of People & Culture

To support the next stage of organizational growth, the full-time remote Vice President of People & Culture will lead the development of core People strategies, enhance hiring quality, improve performance management, and partner with executive leadership to build scalable systems and infrastructure. Key responsibilities Strengthening talent acquisition strategies and improving candidate evaluation processes Enhancing performance management systems and ensuring manager accountability across the organization Advising the CEO and executive team on organizational design, workforce priorities, and culture initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in People, Human Resources, or Organizational Effectiveness Senior leadership experience in recruiting, performance management, and employee relations Demonstrated ability to build or mature People infrastructure in a scaling organization Experience partnering with executive leadership teams and advising on talent and organizational design
