This position will operate on a remote basis, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work environment while still maintaining a close connection with your colleagues and the patients we serve. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify individual patient needs, determining the appropriateness of treatment recommendations and referring to other necessary levels of care and community resources.

• Work closely with the clinical team to devise a comprehensive integration of care strategy, attending regular strategy sessions to optimize treatment plans and patient outcomes.

• Maintain open and transparent communication with management, meeting regularly with the director to discuss case reviews, address clinical challenges, and share insights on team dynamics.

• Oversee the daily operations of all behavioral health therapists, including assigning tasks, conducting annual performance reviews, and ensuring adherence to clinical and personnel guidelines.

• Document clinical productivity on a daily basis, contributing to the operational efficiency and accountability of the program.
\n
• Participate actively in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, contributing insights and feedback that drive program enhancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients we serve come from various backgrounds and are primarily individuals seeking support in overcoming substance use disorders. As an LCSW, you will play a pivotal role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating psychiatric and behavioral conditions, ensuring that each patient receives individualized care tailored to their unique circumstances and recovery goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work coupled with a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification is mandatory.

• The position entails occasional travel to various CHDC sites for meetings, retreats, conferences, workshops, and outreach functions, necessitating adaptability and a willingness to engage with the community.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions is required, with a preference for candidates who possess five years of direct clinical experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n
