HR Generalist (Hybrid)
Are you an HR professional looking for more than just another HR role? Our client is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join a growing organization where you'll have the opportunity to make an impact, grow your career, and work alongside an exceptional HR leader who is passionate about mentoring and developing talent.
This hybrid position offers exposure to all areas of Human Resources, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and HR operations.
What You'll Bring
- 8 to 10 years of HR experience in a Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- HRIS and recruiting systems experience preferred
- Payroll processing experience with UKG would be great
