Communicate the value of PracticeTek’s integrated payment solutions and software offerings by overcoming objections, building rapport, and identifying customer needs. Utilize sales tools including Salesforce, Outreach, and RingCentral to maintain accurate activity tracking, pipeline visibility, and prospect engagement. Partner closely with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting through onboarding and implementation. Participate actively in sales training, coaching sessions, and team collaboration opportunities to continuously improve sales performance and industry knowledge. How Success is Measured Here’s how we’ll know you’re making an impact and raising the bar: Achievement of monthly and quarterly pipeline generation and revenue contribution goals. Consistent outbound activity levels, including call volume, email outreach, and prospect engagement metrics. Conversion rates from qualified opportunities to closed integrated payments customers. Timely and accurate management of sales activities and pipeline updates within Salesforce and related sales tools. Positive collaboration and responsiveness with internal stakeholders and customer onboarding teams. What You Bring Your unique talents are what make you shine. For this role, success looks like: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and confidently handle objections. Proven prospecting and qualification skills in a fast-paced sales environment. Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales engagement tools preferred. Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and consistently execute in a performance-driven environment. Sales experience in software, SaaS, healthcare technology, or a related industry preferred but not required. Ready to Join? The Fine Print (That Really Matters) At PracticeTek, we determine compensation by considering market data, internal equity, and each candidate’s skills and experience. For this position, we reasonably expect to pay between $50,000 - $90,000 OTE. This role is also eligible for benefits, including health, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and may be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses or equity, as applicable.
