Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs through regular consultations, employing structured methods to ensure comprehensive understanding of individual challenges.

• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and direct care staff to monitor patient progress, providing feedback and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Create and manage a tentative schedule for patient appointments, ensuring adequate follow-up including home visits and observations to support treatment goals.

• Lead systematic home visits to conduct in-home observations, reviewing charts, interviewing staff, and analyzing data to improve service delivery.

• Supervise the effective implementation of individualized program plans, ensuring that interventions are tailored to meet patient needs.

• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to share insights and collaborate on patient care strategies, contributing to holistic treatment approaches.

• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes that reflect patient advancements and setbacks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Organize and facilitate training sessions for staff on program implementation and documentation standards, ensuring high competency levels within the team.

• Conduct follow-up interviews and observations to provide continued support for individuals receiving counseling services.

• Act as a liaison with external stakeholders within the mental health community, promoting collaboration and enhancing service development initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will engage with a diverse range of patients, including adults and youths who face various mental health challenges. This role involves working with individuals who may be dealing with issues such as trauma, substance misuse, or difficulties in interpersonal relationships. Your expertise will be pivotal in tailoring interventions that resonate with these populations, contributing to their overall mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to the counseling profession.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele, showcasing excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, with caseload determined based on your availability and experience. Benefits include:
