Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to their unique situations.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic sessions for diverse client groups, including individuals, couples, families, and support groups, employing various therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a broad range of clients facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues. You will engage with clients from various socioeconomic backgrounds and age groups, ensuring that care is tailored to each individual's cultural and personal context.

Qualifications\n

• A valid New York State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory; however, a Master’s degree is preferred and may be a requirement for certain certifications.

• At least two years of clinical counseling experience in mental health settings, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic methodologies.

• Familiarity with ethical and legal standards governing mental health practice and a commitment to upholding these principles in clinical work.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal abilities to establish rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging between $90,000 - $110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
