Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments, gathering critical information related to clients' mental health backgrounds, strengths, and challenges.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic methodologies tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy to encourage healing and resilience.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that outline meaningful goals and interventions in collaboration with clients.

• Engaging with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated care, discussing cases and devising holistic treatment strategies.

• Offering crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments, and facilitating safety planning as warranted by the client's needs.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance and tracking client progress.

• Facilitating engaging group therapy sessions and psycho-educational classes aimed at enhancing clients’ coping skills and fostering community support.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
