A fast-growing, nationally ranked CPA and wealth advisory firm is hiring a Tax Manager for its construction industry group in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. You'll advise contractors and their owners on planning, consulting and compliance, and lead a team.What you'll do:- Deliver proactive individual and business tax planning, consulting and compliance for construction clients and their owners- Review and manage individual and business returns, with a focus on flow-through entities- Share tax-saving strategies and keep clients ahead of legislative changes- Supervise, coach and develop associates and seniors and manage engagement deadlines- Partner with directors and partners on client service and business developmentWhat you bring:- 4+ years of public accounting experience with a strong tax concentration (corporate, partnership, individual, trusts and estates)- CPA or law degree required- Construction industry client experience a plus- Strong communication, time management and leadership skillsWhy join:- Specialized industry team with room to grow- Competitive pay and benefits- Referral and new-business bonuses- Clear path to Senior ManagerInterested?
