Backhaul Direct is looking for a Logistics Account Coordinator to join our Customer Operations team. This role has a primary focus on ensuring seamless freight execution while supporting Account Managers with day-to-day operational needs.You’ll support Account Managers by coordinating shipments end-to-end, entering and validating load details, setting pickup and delivery appointments, communicating with carriers and internal teams, and resolving issues as they arise.
