What You'll Do:

Manage accounts receivable including rent collection, payment posting, and follow-up on delinquencies
Assist with accounts payable, including invoice processing and vendor coordination
Reconcile accounts and support monthly financial reporting
Assist with tenant communication and lease tracking
Maintain accurate financial and tenant records within property management systems

What You Bring:

Property management experience (required)
Working knowledge of accounting basics (AR, AP, reconciliations)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication skills with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
