Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health issues, leading to the formulation of targeted treatment plans that effectively address their unique circumstances.

• Offer teletherapy options to clients preferring virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility to services for all individuals, particularly those facing geographical or mobility limitations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all client interactions and treatment plans to comply with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance therapeutic skills, learn about emerging practices in the field, and contribute to the organization’s growth.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) issued by the state of Texas.

• Experience providing therapy to individuals and families facing a wide range of issues, particularly in a private practice or outpatient setting.

• A background in teletherapy or experience working with clients in a virtual setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 83,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on experience, in addition to an enticing sign-on bonus for new hires.
