This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to create a supportive and effective therapeutic environment from your home. While interaction with clients will primarily occur virtually, you will also engage with educational professionals to coordinate care strategies and support the mental health needs of the students you work with. You will have flexible scheduling capabilities, including availability for some evening and weekend hours to meet clients' varying needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and therapeutic interventions tailored for each client.

• Collaborate with educators, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive, coordinated care that addresses students' holistic needs.

• Provide crisis interventions, including risk assessments and safety planning, to ensure clients receive immediate support during critical times.

• Document all interactions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring timely updates and compliance.

• Lead psycho-educational workshops and support groups, facilitating discussions that promote understanding and resilience among participants.

This role centers on supporting a diverse population of students, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
