Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group counseling services to children and adolescents, focusing on their unique mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will focus on outpatient treatment for children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and adjustment problems. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Active licensure in the State of California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of three years working in an outpatient care setting is required.

• Demonstrated outstanding responsiveness, operational skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively.

• Strong clinical boundaries with a commitment to quality care and ethical practices.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience in telehealth counseling and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus, as is previous experience working within community health settings focused on youth mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
