Litigation Attorney

As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our team.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Manage all phases of litigation from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
* Draft motions, discovery requests/responses, pleadings, and legal memoranda.
* Conduct depositions, hearings, and trials in state and/or federal court.
* Work closely with clients, expert witnesses, and colleagues to develop case strategies.
* Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and keep them informed on case status.
* Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.

*Qualifications:*

* Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
* Active bar membership in Texas.
* Minimum of 1-3 years of Texas litigation experience in civil and commercial matters
* Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
* Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

*Preferred Skills:*

* Experience in depositions and courtroom proceedings.
* Familiarity with litigation management software and legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, Clio).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
