Senior Social Media Manager

Leading the social media strategy for a dynamic lifestyle brand, the full-time Senior Social Media Manager will develop content that engages audiences, drives revenue growth, and optimizes performance across priority platforms in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Lead social media initiatives and build strategies that enhance award-winning programming in the food and lifestyle sectors Manage content optimization and packaging across priority social platforms while monitoring audience engagement and revenue growth Develop and implement scalable operations, continuously evaluating and refining social media processes Required qualifications 7-10 years of experience in social media, digital video, and/or editorial, with at least 2 years in a management role Specific experience managing YouTube channels and expertise in social media metrics and analytics Proven ability to engage and build an audience across multiple channels Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop and Premiere, is a plus A passion for food and lifestyle content with a positive, adaptable attitude
