Job Summary : The Construction Project Coordinator will manage project administrative duties, including tracking incoming and outgoing contracts, change orders, waivers, job submittals, and certificates of insurance. This role is responsible for setting up new jobs and obtaining each job’s vital information, such as insurance requirements, tax status, billing requirements, and direct owner’s information.

Key Responsibilities:

· Job Setup & Compliance: Set up new project files, verify billing requirements, collect direct owner information, and ensure required Certificates of Insurance (COI) and tax documentation are executed before work begins.

· Contract Administration: Review, track, and log incoming and outgoing construction contracts, subcontracts, scope changes, and change orders to ensure full compliance.

· Submittals & Procurement: Assist Estimators and Project Managers with procuring materials, tracking fabrication lead times, logging job submittals, and managing the approval distribution workflow.

· Proposal & Bidding Support: Help prepare job-specific proposals, material take-off documentation, and submittal packages for upcoming bids.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, and Word.

• Excellent organizational, time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma required.

• Certificate or associate degree preferred.
