Responsibilities include:Handling complex personal injury litigation matters from petition through jury trialManaging non-subscriber industrial accident, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice and dram shop casesDrafting and arguing motions, conducting discovery, handling mediations and taking depositionsWorking with expert witnesses across multiple fieldsRepresenting clients in state and federal court with minimal supervisionManaging occasional commercial litigation matters as neededQualifications include:4+ years of personal injury litigation experienceFirst chair or significant second chair trial experienceExtensive deposition experience, including expert depositionsStrong legal research, writing and communication skillsActive and good standing Texas barJuris DoctorBilingual Spanish and English is a plus, but not requiredJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
