Work Environment\n

In this remote position, you will have the flexibility of working from home while being connected to our dedicated team. Our regular operational hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend engagements based on client accessibility and needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients dealing with a range of psychological issues.

• Collaborate closely with healthcare teams, including primary care providers and other mental health professionals, to align treatment strategies and enhance client outcomes.

• Engage in regular case reviews and team meetings aimed at improving the delivery of services and addressing client needs effectively.

• Maintain organized and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily centers on clients experiencing significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and severe emotional disturbances.
