Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct compassionate and ethical individual therapy sessions using video conferencing technology, ensuring a comfortable and supportive atmosphere for clients.

• Utilize solution-focused and evidence-based treatment modalities to effectively address diverse mental health challenges.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that consider each client's unique circumstances, goals, and preferences.

• Assist clients in gaining insights into their experiences and developing healthy coping mechanisms throughout the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counseling services primarily focus on stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking assistance with a range of mental health concerns. These may include anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. The therapist will be instrumental in fostering a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and develop constructive coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential for this position.

• Candidates must hold one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses are accepted, and candidates must have no prior disciplinary actions against their licensure.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients are a must.

• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth services and a general comfort level with computer software applications.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and experience working within a telehealth environment is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 90,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with the therapist's experience and the hours worked. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a significant sign-on bonus and weekly direct deposits for your convenience. Full-time counselors will receive a monthly healthcare stipend, allowing for further investment in your personal health.
