Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to accurately gauge clients' mental health needs and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client goals, ensuring that each plan is aligned with their unique circumstances and challenges.

• Provide individual and group counseling services utilizing a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic client care.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring integral data security and privacy.

• Engage in continuous professional development through regular clinical supervision, participation in case conferences, and pursuing ongoing education opportunities.

At We Care Youth and Family Counseling Center, our clients range from adolescents to adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, PTSD, and addiction. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

• A Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
