Kingdom Workers is seeking a Director of Development to lead fundraising and donor engagement. Reporting to the VP of Mission Advancement, you will develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies and oversee major gift, annual fund, foundation, and campaign initiatives. You will supervise gift officers and development staff, set annual goals and donor metrics, and collaborate with executive leadership on transformational giving opportunities that advance the Christ-centered mission. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kingdom Workers
