Reservationist

Affiliated with STARR Restaurants, Pastis Miami , an expansive 8,000 square-foot restaurant, inclusive of a stunning outdoor space with an enclosed pergola, adorned by black locust, will welcome guests to enjoy exceptional French fare no matter the weather. The interior includes many design elements that the original location is known and loved for, such as a curved zinc bar, white subway tiles, red banquettes, vintage mirrors with handwritten daily specials, and mosaic-tiled floors.

We are seeking a dynamic Part-Time Reservationist with a genuine sense of warmth and hospitality to join our team!

The desired candidate will have:  

• 2+ years of experience as a host or reservationist in a well-rated restaurant
• Sunday & Monday availability required
• The ability to speak clearly and articulately on the telephone, providing information and answering questions for callers, while focusing on etiquette and conveying a sense of calm
• Experience with reservation systems such as OpenTable and Resy
• Professional, polished, and personable demeanor
